If setup of your device has a 'Global Access' failure, this means a completely automated setup is not possible. Your home router has disabled Universal Plug n' Play (UPnP), which is the worldwide standard for automated configuration used by enclayve devices.
Enabling UPnP is a common practice when an Internet-enabled device is in your home.
